Isn't it?
It's a piece by famed Portuguese street artist Vhils— his work is simply amazing. I've been a fan of his for a while, and to stumble upon it in person was a wonderful experience.
I must agree with dinahmow. That last picture is amazing. I am so jealous that you got to see that in person. I'm curious, does the government pay for him to create that artwork?
