I often try not to get tourists in my photos so I can focus on the setting— but why?
Why not make them the focus? That sense of wonder and curiosity is so human, and so wonderful.
What a great idea! I really like these. Someday, you'll be able to look back and see not only the site, but what people were wearing at the time. They will establish the photos in a particular time. It was also a pleasure to see that they weren't just checking their phones:)
Harika is the Turkish word for wonderful, marvellous, extraordinary. It has always been one of my most favourite words, for both its meaning and the pleasure of pronouncing it.
Welcome to Harika, the adventures of a compulsive sketcher.

Thanks! Isn't it neat?
I have to credit Pedro with the idea :)
I have a friend who, when travelling, takes photos of people taking photos. It's great fun... :-)
