My two entries in Emma's book for Moleskine Exchange 48, part of Moly-X, the International Moleskine Exchange. I took way too long to complete these two little drawings.
I'm kind of fascinated by the Russian or Ukranian(??) tradition of witches riding people around. There's a bit of that going on in Gogol's stories too.
Harika is the Turkish word for wonderful, marvellous, extraordinary. It has always been one of my most favourite words, for both its meaning and the pleasure of pronouncing it.
