I love my momos steamed, while Pedro prefers his kothey—lightly fried.
How do you like your momos?

If momos are gyoza, which I suspect, I am with Pedro. If momos are perogies, well.. I'm still with Pedro. :) But I would not refuse them any way! Happy Spring to you too..
Harika is the Turkish word for wonderful, marvellous, extraordinary. It has always been one of my most favourite words, for both its meaning and the pleasure of pronouncing it.
Welcome to Harika, the adventures of a compulsive sketcher.

Momos are like gyoza, and truly delicious either way— but I must admit I like the stickiness of the steamed version :)
