I got the impresion that the journey and the way you live it was an important stept for appreciating the Himalaya... the sketches have something magical on them .. Beautiful! As a lifelong skier I am obviously in love with the mountains and you have captured this epic range magnificently! I'm sooooooo jealous that you got to see them in the flesh!

(As a side-note, I just learned that my cousin's son [who is living wth him in Kathmandu at the moment] might have Typhoid! He's on antibiotics and will be fine, but that's kind of crazy! You're lucky your ankle didn't get infected too bad.)

Eskerrik asko, Josu!
(I hope that's right)

Thanks Tim!
I hope your cousin's son is ok— I was really very lucky that I managed to get away with a little leg infection and a cough. Not one stomach issue— very lucky. Typhoid, man. People tend to forget that it still exists. I wish him a speedy recovery!
