I too like the work in progress approach, as a self taught and always will be learning watercolourist I appreciate seeing the approach and development of a painting regardless of the medium - most times it gives me reassurance that I'm on the right track or the clue I need to get on the right track - thanks for sharing! As usual, love your work
Harika is the Turkish word for wonderful, marvellous, extraordinary. It has always been one of my most favourite words, for both its meaning and the pleasure of pronouncing it.
Welcome to Harika, the adventures of a compulsive sketcher.

The work-in-progress adds to the enjoyment of the final piece. It's like watching the pigeons coming to life.
Very nice work, Samantha..it's light and dreamy.
Beautiful, I love the contrasting background.

These are lovely- great texture on the wings. And I agree with previous comments, the "in-progress" are a cool way to see your approach.
